Turkey Flat
Shiraz, Cabernet, Grenache, Dolcetto
$16
Barossa Valley
It seems like there's every red grape variety and the kitchen sink crushed in to this bottle, but the thing is you don't taste it, there's not much complexity but it is a Rose so...
This is a bit on the drier side with more tart fruit flavours, pretty full bodied - more so than regular roses but if i want fuller bodies i'll drink something darker.
If you want something more crispy, than sugary, go this one. On a side note, this is a stupid tall bottle which doesn't fit my regular shelves in the pantry nor can i lie it flat in the fridge.
This would be pretty good for a hot summer day, with a nice bbq served chilled.
