Coriole Semilion Sauvignon Blanc

Coriole
Semilion Sauvignon Blanc
$20
McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills

I think there's usually more Sauvignon Blanc than Semillion in these types of blends but in this case, there's more of the appley tasting semilion. A pretty light drink, crisp and simple, with a tad of after taste. This is probably as dry as i like a white wine.

It was nicer at the tasting at the winery than at home, which i have no idea what actually means but still...

7/10
